The part number for the kit is #300023.
#301144 is the flex chassis part number. |

Right, was just pointing out that 301144 is a new part number, so new aluminum chassis. Probably with holes for the spine and its various mount points. And since RCMARKET didn't know about it, I'm gonna guess it'll be marketed as a US kit. All speculation. I'll throw money at the first person who can get it to my door, I don't give a f*ck about the price.

I'm considering getting the '17 and have a question for Xray racers:
I currently drive a TRF419 and most of what would be option bits on an Xray came as standard on it (alloy steering arms, coated shafts, carbon bumper plates, alloy shock retainers.... I could go on!). What are the must have option parts that are usually required for an Xray? I race both indoors on a tight track and outdoors. |

I think Xray plastics are way better. C hubs for instance don't break like you own the factory, that's for sure. That said, even on TRF cars I prefer carbon plastics to alloy. They are lighter, cheaper, and less likely to tweak (come to think of it however, I don't think I've seen a carbon steering arm on a TRF car for a while, and I am not sure they exist even as "option") |

Graphite arms Graphite c-hubs Thinner roll bars (1.3f, 1.2r) Springs - 2pairs 2.7, 2pairs 2.6, 2 pairs progressive 2.5-2.8 2 pairs PSS shock inserts for outdoors. The alloy steering is nice to have, but not a massive necessity IMO. However hopefully the new kits might revise the standard parts included, which will reduce the parts list a bit. |

Thanks.
What's the expected price? I've seen it in the UK for £420 but I'm hoping it will be a bit cheaper than that. |
