Serpent 4x to 4x Pro required parts:
110461 Shim 4x6x0.5 (10)
110462 Shim 4x6x1 (10)
110500 Ballbearing 5x10x4 NSK (2)
411063 Rear pivot balls (need extras)
401782 Pivotball with shaft 3mm (4)
401790 Wheelhub rr WC L+R 4X PRO
401791 Wheelhub rr 3 point L+R 4X PRO
401793 Topdeck holder horizontal fr/rr alu 3X PRO (2)
401794 Topdeck bushing 4X PRO (4)
401795 Topdeck carbon horizontal 4X PRO
401798 Arm extension link L+R 4X PRO
401799 Rocker 4X PRO (2)
401789 Whisbone lower rr WC 4X PRO (2)

Optional:
401800 Motormount set 4X PRO (3)

I think that is all that would be needed to upgrade to a pro version. (NOTE: The part number for the rear wishbone is wrong in the manual from what I can tell). Can anyone else spot any differences?
110500 Ballbearing 5x10x4 NSK (2) no change here, it is the same bearing as in the evo
401782 Pivotball with shaft 3mm (4) not really needed, the 4mm version still fits.

So what you need in the end is:
411063 Rear pivot balls (if you want to run the fixed rear)
401789 Whisbone lower rr WC 4X PRO (2)
401790 Wheelhub rr WC L+R 4X PRO (if you want to run rrs rear)
401791 Wheelhub rr 3 point L+R 4X PRO (if you want to run fixed rear)
401793 Topdeck holder horizontal fr/rr alu 3X PRO (2)
401794 Topdeck bushing 4X PRO (4)
401795 Topdeck carbon horizontal 4X PRO
401798 Arm extension link L+R 4X PRO
Suspension adaptor alu L+R 4X PRO (SER401792)
Whisbone upper rr WC 4X PRO (2) (SER401788)
Suspension bracket alu rr L+R 4X PRO (SER401796)
Topdeck post 15.5mm 4X PRO (SER401797)

A week ago I drove One race with Eryx car(borrowed car) and It was terrible race. Yesterday I went with my Poject 4x PRO and it was mutch better. I am racing Modified class.
In qualy a was able to be second behind Matej Sulc(I think he is best Czech driver now in TC). I have 8 year break from rc racing. Before brake I racing more than 20 years and I was the best czech driver(I have multiple nation title). This was my 4th race from came back.
Final was bad. One final I have problem with electronics, In second I fight for position and we have contanct and after that my car hit side track with rear wheel and broke rear wheel hub(bad luck). Third I finished second. We raced on black carpet with sweep tires. Car was fast, but I need to work on setup. On some sweepers the rear end was less stable after first one or two minutes. But I believe I will learn to tune the car, definitely there is potencial to be fast. I am alone with Project car on Czech races, other guys use Xray and few yokomo.

Hi, if I measure width of car, is correct that I measure it on the outside of wheels? When there is some toe out or toe in I measure it on the wider side? I never did this measurement, because on other cars it is this fixed, or you can change it by some plastic bushing.
How you measure it? What tool you use to measure this?
Thanks

I measure this from diff opening to the outside wall of the wheel on the line of the axle. I use a large digital calipper, but a ruler should be good enough too.

I used my 4x Evo at the massive 2019 Canadian Nats on the weekend (in USGT) and was very happy with it. Special thanks to the Serpent guys (Shewfelt's) for donating a couple spare parts. I had a very tough week heading into the Nats and my preparation suffered. I had planned to run the BD9 in USGT but it just wasn't ready - Serpent guys saved my bacon and my car was really good. Over a 100 entries in USGT and I was in the bottom of the C after day 1. Traction went up on day 2, had too much grip and I couldn't hang onto it - dropped 9 positions in 1 second (even more later)! Racing was insanely close - there were 11 racers who qualified with the same time as me right to the second. Anyway, I have a love/hate relationship with this car but it is fast. I had the grip situation figured out for my main and really enjoyed driving it.

Is there a specific setup you guys were running? It took me 3 club races to get my car going the way I like it. I think the biggest change for me was the corner speed as I wasn't used to being on the throttle through the turns. With my previous cars, I used to basically coast around the corners. These days with the 4X, I lift a little and then keep on the gas through the turn/corner.

My setup is very close to stock except I run more droop. The setup isn't that great on my home track with old CRC grey Ozite carpet but on the new CRC black carpet it was much better. I know that Douglas Shewfelt used a totally different setup but he has considerably more talent than me. With all my TC's at the Nat's it was key to not lift too much and use partial throttle in most corners and put the hammer back down ASAP - only one corner required heavy braking.

Anyone knows if and when the upgrade kit for the Evo will be available?
I would like to use it at CTS Steel City in mid of may.
