anyone know how the droop is measured for the kit setup? i normally measure to the center of the axle with the chassis flat on the setup board but cant get anywhere near what the setup sheet says, i was thinking it may be its from under the wheel hex?

Under the lower arm at the outer pin I believe.

What's going on with www.destinyrcusa? I placed an order with them over 2 weeks ago and still no news. Go an automatic confirmation of my order but still not shipped yet. I tried to reach out to Destiny USA but no one gotten back to me. I'm starting to regret my purchase.

This car is worth the inconvenience of not being super mainstream with parts available everywhere all the time. I was initial put off as well but now you couldn't to pry this car out of my cold dead hands.

As already stated, Johnny and Scott have been travelling and at Snowbirds for the past week or so. I am sure your order will get sorted and shipped ASAP now that racing has finished.

Ok, must've been Snowbirds then. I will wait then... I do love this car.

Too fast!
Sometimes my Destiny is too fast LOL.

No the plastics are very weak. I break the front knuckle just by looking at it in a funny way. So what I did was put the whole xray front arm, c hub, knuckles, drive shaft, and etc...on. Problem solved. Same if not better lap times.

LOL, no "plastic" could have survived what I did to my freshly rebuilt Destiny on the weekend at my club championships. I had the fastest car on the track but later I realized I had made a couple of small setup mistakes during the rebuild which made the car a little less planted than my skills require. The only Xray parts I find necessary to use are the servo saver and hard foam bumper. The design of the Destiny front end isn't as durable but is otherwise superior to Xray and all other standard TC's. It's much lighter, less rotation mass, less slop and the drive shaft doesn't swing around during steering inputs. I know you gotta do what you gotta do but it's my opinion that one of the main reasons for running the Destiny is to take advantage of the superior front end design. I was just sharing my pain with my demolished car photo - the worst crash in my entire R/C life (3 plus decades) with my favourite and fastest car ever owned.
