yup, i have been using a more broad window for onroad, but it does quite well. it always makes me chuckle when someone chooses to look at one or two peak numbers ingoring the 600+ other data points that this little gem is gathering. an average is a step in the right direction that will still allow the user to evaluate the motor based on one final number.

seaball,
another thing i did for oval was started to gather the 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 amp RPM's add them up and divide by 5. But everytime it came out to be within about 100-300 RPM of the 22 amp number so I just started to use the 22 AMP RPM for gearing.

EddieO, since you're a dealer for them now, can you also get support parts for them? I'm getting to where my PC interface cable & test leads(the ones that you solder onto the motor from the main unit that also has a diode installed inline) are getting a bit worn out, & if I could get some easy replacements in country, I'd be VERY happy... :cool:
