Default chassie question

i know this is a dumb question i bought a new 3mm xray chassie when i used the caliper on it , it comes out to be 2.52mm is this right?

Definately not right. looks like you may have received the standard chassis by mistake. 3mm chassis should measure at 3mm give or take .05, provided your calipers are correct.

It looks like you got the standard chassis not the 3mm chassis.
