There's lots of different kinds of cut brush - you'll have to describe the cut on your brush a bit better, most cuts aren't directional.

mr.mr4 - run a cavity in the brush. it will pull a little more rpm out of the motor.

you can buy cavity brushes - reedy 769's are one version

sosidge - 769 is a laydown brush

mr.mr4 - put the cavity directly in the center.
