CRC GTR wheels / tires

A big thank you to CRC for this wheel / tire combo. Going to make for a very easy pan car race day.

GT style bodies (200mm)
13.5 with 1s
5mm ride height
Blinky ESC

A big thanks to Frank and the CRC crew for being innovative with the on road r/c market....they have strived to keep costs under control and the rubber tires for wgt/oval/f1 are a step in a positive direction......

We are planning on keeping this going in a 1s direction.

We have GT Racing USA ready to test the new tires and rims.Just waiting on them to arrive.

Dumper, how about 1/12th scale rubber?

I run the F1 class and it is by far the most fun class I run in. That reason is the tires. Those cars are just a 190mm pan car with awesome power (2cell 21.5 is close to a 10.5 1 cell). I really would like to see GTR take off.

This will be a GTR class though correct and not the WGT class?

There are currently rubber tire 12th scale classes overseas. They use mini wheels/tires and GT style bodies...

C'mon now guys, at least leave 1/12th as foam. We need at least one class to lay a proper line down. You're already trying to kill the best groove maker (wgt)

That's what Pro10 is for.

What would be the rules for GTR?
Would it follow the 175GT class that the Snowbirds ran this last year?
Put rubber tires on a WGT car with 200mm GT style bodies, non WGT bodies?
CRC you came up with these tires, what were the ideas?
