I've been having the problem with two out of the three of my GP 3700 packs. Whenever i discharge these two all the ligts go out except for the far left negative one. I've let it sit there for literally 2 hours and it doesn't go out. Any ideas on the problem and how to fix it? Battery problem tray problem? Plz help.

did you use a discharger before you put the battery in the tray.

use a multimeter to see the voltage of the far cell.
or put your aligator clips of you charger on the far cell and your charger should tell you the voltage of that cell

The Smart Tray has a very low discharge rate. After a run, your cells will be unevenly discharged, hence the reason for an equalizer, but you should dump them on bulbs or something first. That will likely cure the problem.
