Now days it hasn't been needed.
So does that mean just a pro (mod) class? With off road there are the invites (pros) and then amateurs can also race in a different class. Usually so many amatuers they need a lottery to win an entry.

there are 3 classes.....
The invites, mod and 13.5.

even if you don't race, you should go check it out. Like it was said, watching the invite guys race head to head is awesome!

We will be releasing details after the new year begins. The Memorial weekend date is the traditional date for the event but because there are so many big events nowadays we want to remind Reedy Race fans to save the date.

There has not been a need for a lottery in the past so we will likely take entries on a first come first serve basis again this year. Although we do expect all 160 open class spots to fill up.

FYI, each Reedy TC race entry can run one class, so with a 160 entry limit we allow 160 Open class racers. The Off-Road version is a little different. it allows 200 entries but most race two classes which means there are a little over 100 Open class racers. it is easy to see why off-road needs a lottery - there are more racers (off-road IS more popular in general) vying for fewer available spots.

Along with races like the IIC and the Snowbirds, the Reedy Race is one of the premier events in the US. Like the other two, it is one that you can attend with your family as a vacation and have plenty to see and do outside of the race track.

This is going to be killer.

I recommend running a spec M-chassis class for the invitational drivers as a fun race!
