Two answers:
Precut body T4 2017/2018 fits TRF419x. I use Bitty M410.
I remove bearings from hubs using hook tool. This one used in nitro to set or remove exhaust springs.

Ok this is how i got the bearings out. I used some tweezers to get inbetween the plastic and the bearing just enough to create space for a flat head screw driver. Then I put in a flat head and twisted it to make thebearing separate from the plastic significantly more.

I put end of the hook on the line between bearing and plastic. Put a little pressure then move along a line. 2-3 time a bit stronger and bearing pop up. True - you have to watch your fingers as hook may slip and attack your thumb

Does anybody know where I could buy some flanged layshaft bearings in the UK? I need some but can't find a UK seller of the tamiya ones and can't find the specific size

I've always found Modelfixings to be a good source for small quantities of unusual bearings and hardware.

You do not need Tamiya one. For the main pulley this is 840 flanged [MF84] (TRF419X /WS) and 850 flanged [MF85] for TRF419XR. Avid, Acer have them. Shipment is reasonably fast.

Same white belt material like the TA07R one. TCS legal? Don't think so...
