I just use the one for the 420. Since the chassis don't have holes to mount the stand offs, I flip it and mount it on the bulkhead.

Also saw you only have on one side of your car? Are you testing it? Thanks

I cant really give you a solid answer since Im running this setup on my DIY FWD conversion for the 419. I do have it set to neutral so it doesnt really give me any toe in or out when the suspension is loaded. Im using it more for fine tuning and have the same rear toe on both sides

Oh no, I was finding ways of installing the rear toe kit so I only did one side first. After I found a suitable solution I did it to the other side as well.

I'm getting a lot less leak on the 420. Practically none on carpet. Was leaking a bit during the summer running on asphalt.

This post here may help with the leak. The 420 diff is lighter but assembly is key for a leak free diff whether it be 419 or 420. By the cross pins you mean the aluminum pins/shafts that hold the four small bevel gears? It is quite rare to have them bent, a picture could help determine the cause.

Finally switched over to the 420 arms. For the front CVD, you still need to use the narrower 3mm bearing..I think the 420 has a longer shaft, that’s why you can use the 4mm.

I have quite a few new / unused 419X front / rear arms. If any needs some please let me know, will gladly share for cost of postage!

you just need to fit the new TRF420 axle. It is different and allows you to fit the std bearings (Part No
