Both shops have it available for preorder. Which means none actually have anything yet, nor do they know when they will.

Funny the german shop advertises a saving of 23%. How do you save on something you can't buy, I wonder.

How do you know they don't know when they get the 419?

I have a mail from the German shop where they inform me that they will receive a limited number of 419's and the end of this week or beginning of next week.

They don't accept pre orders, you can recieve a mail when they have it in stock.

And the savings, who cares? It is a fantastic price (in Europe).

Yeah, I think you can stop being all misterious like you're James Bond talking about the problem of Israel.

It's Mark's dad hobby shop, just so everybody knows. Tonisport if you guys want to find it.

The reason they sent you that email is because your'e on their mailing list. We'll see if they really get anything or not and how limited the numbers are later.

C ya.

You are assuming a lot, not lots of facts.

I have linked to modellbau-seidel, "Mark's dad hobby shop, Tonisport", what are you talking about? Where's the secret?

I'm not on a mailing list, I send them a direct mail and they send me an answer.

Ligthen up!

Thanks for the info, I have heard good things about Modellbau from others in the uk.

The UK importers never rush, I had to wait until the start of Feb before I got my 417! I dont even think they ordered the 418!

Pre-ordered and excited. The wait begins.

Indeed. Especially if they remove the 19% sales tax for overseas buyers. Under $450 USD

Cut the insults among each other or some of you will find yourselves with some time off the forums.

First and last warning.

Another german good Tamiya site http://tamico.de/Tamiya-TRF419-Chassis-Bausatz-42285 only 419€ for the beginning.

Or this one here: http://www.haertle.de/RC+Modellbau/R...satz+1+10.html

But Seidel is the cheapest in the Moment :p

rc-champ changed their arrival date from Dec 31 to Dec 19. Still tentative date, but it's getting closer. For those of us in the US, the $ has finally climbed out of the basement. 419 is ~49000 yen (incl. tax super rajikon) or ~45000 yen (excl. tax rc-champ).

including shipping it should easily arrive sub $500
