Tamiya TB04 Pro II

Did this really need a new thread? The TB04 thread is already discussing the updated version.
$250 is not a bad price for what it is though when you compare it to other competent shaft drivers - or even something like a TA06.

The flier I posted actually describes two different models...
The upper portion (with the black background) is Tamiya 84382 which does NOT include a body, nor wheels for that matter...
The lower portion (with the white background) is Tamiya 58595 which DOES come with a body...

For me though neither of those cars would be something I would be into racing on imperfect surfaces... I am from a town in California of about 200,000 people and there is no dedicated place to race... Those cars need tracks...

Ordered mine from Stellamodels out of Hong Kong... It just shipped yesterday...
When placing your order you can leave a comment for them... I asked them about some rims that their checkout process would only let me get two of and they found me another pair even though the site said they were out of stock...
This is my first order with Stella... I will document my build when I receive the kit!
