on a lighter note, trophies should be here tomorrow and I will get them mailed out to everyone that is due for one...locals if I can give you yours in person that would save a little postage...I can bring it to you or meet you somewhere....

very happy so many of you had a great time...and I hope Dirla has sent in the results for the NPS...
I haven't been on here cause I wasn't sure how to comment...but I will say this
I don't have any info to share...nobody came forward. I am very disappointed in that for years I have donated given sponsored and dedicated plenty of my personal money to RC racing. I am not money hungry or need any special handouts. 99% of the time its me and just me(family incl,cause anything I do for rc, I take away from them) that makes a lot of things happen. And it really saddens me to know somebody would honestly steal from me.
But all the same its just as much my fault too. I should have kept my eye on the ball, but instead I got sidelined with the FedEx situation and got fixed on the trophies. I apologize for that as well.
But like all things, I will get past it. I figured that if you have the balls to steal from me, you must really need it...more than I. I will leave this matter to a higher power and not let it be the topic of this great event we all just shared.
I worked my azz off to make sure everyone had a good time and I feel like mission accomplished. Hope that this situation doesn't turn ppl away from this event or the sport of RC all together. Things happen and that's just life.
Thank you all and lets remember the positive of the event....

PS...just so you know, I find ppl for a living...its all I do, and Im really good at it...If I ever get any clue that gives me a direction towards you...there will be nothing on God's green Earth that will save you from me. I will make sure the $2700+ you stole goes with the $7850 that it cost me out of pocket to make everything right again. Bet your 1st born on it...

It is a disappointing turn of events, but for me at least, it in no way tarnishes the event, only the one bad seed responsible. I had a great time as I have had every year and frankly at every event at Thunder.

Myron, I want to thank you for putting this big party together just for my birthday
, two years in a row I raced on my birthday and had a great time even if my 12th scale failed. Thank you for all the hard work and dedication you and your family have to the hobby!

Myron its a shame that some SOB has to ruin it for one of the nice guys in RC.Cody and I had one of the best times in a long time and THANK YOU.
