Any leftovers from last year? I'd be interested in one in XL if you still have any.

Can you let us know if youth sizes are avaible and the price, please. Didn't get a response and need to know so we can let you know if we want to get a youth tshirt if they're available.

Hey Guys,

Just a note. I AM working on the seating chart now and have my list out. No more request will be taken right now as its too close to being finished.

One thing to let you guys know is with our huge turnout this year our tables are 4x8 we will have most tables with 3 people to each side. The tables in the carpet room all have a shelf on top. The dirt room does not. It would be wise to bring some sort of shelf for either side so that you can build your pits up and not out. I know no one wants to be cramped but even 3 to a side it will be more room per person that most other tracks.

Thanks

Just curious, how do you know who all to put where? I know the Indy guys would like to pit together. Do you know who all of us are?

Ive got the list that people have emailed me and going with that. Not everyone will get to pit with others but everyone should be close. Im not taking anymore request as its already hard to get people together as it is.

EA
???

I don't have your email? Didn't know I was supposed to email you.

Dave and Walt were going to save me a spot. Because, "we aren't doing a seating chart"...

I posted on this list several times my email and got a dozen request already. maybe Dave and Walt put you on their list. I would have to look when I get home.

Not everyone is going to get to sit where they want. When its as packed as it is we will do the best we can. But putting a seating chart is much better than a free for all with people trying to find spots.

And Myron was the one saying he was not doing a seating chart. He doesnt own the track. Dirla does and we felt it best to do a seating chart since Myron did not want to fool with doing it like last year.

Guys I didnt want to do a chart like ive done the last 3 years....it takes alot of time and it only satifies half the racers....and the other half complains...didnt want that headache this year.

But all EA is doing is trying to get you guys close or with your race buddies. But thats cause he is trying to help. His spot is secured....he doesn't have to do this.....

So lets see how it turns out and thank him for his effort....cause its a pain

Thanks Myron

Thanks Myron. You are very correct it is pretty difficult to get everyone where they want to be.

Everyone will be sitting with who they requested. I had some people request 12 spots together....thats fine and I can do that but when they request to be in the carpet room that simply is not going to be available. After the people who own their tables in the carpet room there are only spots for 2-3 people groups. Not 4-5-6-7 people groups. Those people will be in the other room. Guys who requested to sit with groups of 2 I went in order of request and penciled them in the carpet room till it was full.

Everything was done by order the email request came in. I know people saw it because I got about 15 request. If you didnt see it then I am sorry but you will at least have a pit spot somewhere in the building.

We will be at the track all this weekend cleaning and putting the layout down. Track should be in great shape for the race and looking forward to our largest one yet!!!
