well if u get another one...the one thing i suggest doing is taking a air gun or something off the sort and blowing off all the dirt after about every 3rd run...it works wonders on keeping the car going, and also raise the chassis to about half an inch off the ground while keeping the body at about 1/4 of an inch of the ground, it helps keep some debris out of the car, other than that just gotta keep it well maintained...

i played crew chief for my brother last night at socal , it was our first time back to the track in a few year my brother drove very conservative, he hit all the good line and didnt crash throughout the heats or main, but he was gear way too high for the track. second heat we went up 2 teeth on the pinion and he was faster on the straight but in my opinion 5 teeth up or more would be suitable, those guys in his main were lapping him only because of the straight and first corner entry speed. crazy fun stuff

in the sportsman stock class they are fast but damn people crash alot more than i remember from pan car racing, 3 out of the 7 cars in the highest class a main slammed out of the race and broke parts.

sad to say they had only 5 sedan races, no pan car no f1, just touring cars..... :(

I used to race modfied pan car and 6 cell 12th scale back in the mid late 90's

I dont get it , these sportsman stock guys are going as fast as 16-18 turn guy from back in the day, the cars have gotten so much better i guess
