Simon K

You obviously don't race a XXX-S!!! I don't think there is any way to have that car come in under weight.

i have one that is, and one that isint. check ur scale and some cars are just different. eliminate unnecessary wire use a smaller speedo, mini reciever. and use all graphite, any car then should be underweight or it is poorly designed.

I might come out. It all depends on if I can get some other people from out here to go or not. I have liked running on foam the 2 times I have raced them so we will see when it gets closer to the time.

Nope, MR4-SP.
We can run foam tyres on the cars in Stock, it does drop the cars weight by around 40gms at least.

BFlat,
Not hating, just don't think that the skiting is really needed here.

All of the GM motors are also built by Sagami. Man I sure wish I got to try out one of the AMP motors by Aftershock, I got into this hobby right when they were leaving and never got to run one of there modifieds

Except Trinity motors (manufactured by Modi) , any other motors are manufactured by Sagami.

Simon, that 40+ grams for faoms and the rules here kill me. Run a X-Ray with S9402, quantum competition, and novak XXtra. Have to add 100 grams to car to be legal 53 oz w/o transponder At least everyone has to add weight. I had to add 64 grams to my TC3.

It's a good thing that X-Ray make those smart looking weights to bolt to the car

I've seen spanners cable tied to an Express TC to bring it up to weight before...

Hi Simon
Yes the X-Ray weights are nice It takes all them to make my legal. Here the track stocks stickon weights. People hang them, money (metal) and other assorted junk to meet weight rules. Other tracks I run at, no weight limits.........

spanner cables I have not seen! What people will do with weight rules.

1 ounce, avoirdupois = 28.350 grams (approx.) -- this is the ounce used commonly in the US. (There are 16 ounces in an avoirdupois pound.)

1 ounce, troy = 31.103 grams (approx.) -- this is used for precious stones and metals in the US; perhaps it is still used by druggists. (There are 12 ounces in a troy pound.)
