I'm not sure where you see a hole but that is my car and there is not one. I am going to put a hole in the rear shock mount for one
|
Exactly.
I just built mine and there isn't a hole anywhere for a roll over antenna. Strange...or maybe I'm missing something. |

The circled bit isn't a hole for the rollover antenna?
That's not good. |
Any tips for building this? I am going to be doing so within the next week or two

Easier build than the RM-01 I just built. Max K's baseline setup for Super Stock and Mod can be found on Arn0's site: http://www.petitrc.com/reglages/vbcr...nning_IIC2013/ |
Nothing to ream/polish/deburr/file/sand (except for chassis obviously!)?
|
I polished any surface that could create friction drag - but absolutely not necessary, just something I like to do.

Where has 'VBC Racing Shop' been; I haven't seen that rep on this thread in a while:tire:

Not exactly:lol:

VBC, if you are following this thread, please make a shock mount with a rollover antenna. Or anyone out there in the hop-up world, that would be acceptable as well. Please don't make us run without our rollover antennas.

Dave Johnson has a photo on his facebook showing his lightning 12 and it's got quite a tall rollover antenna on it. Maybe he can explain...?
