Yes conversion part only.

Default Pinion gear

Hi all, sorry if this has already been covered but what is the biggest 48p pinion that can be fitted onto stock motor mount and the exotek mount? Looking at getting the TB04R kit

Has anyone raced with the ball diff? if so what if anything did you do to the trust bearing to make it feel smoother?
I have tried to go to a 620 Tamiya thrust bearing but the tb04 screw is larger . has anyone tried a 620 thurst and did you chance the screw to a smaller screw?
I am using it in my evo 6 but they are a tb04 diff so I thought I would ask here as well maybe more people with the ball diff then use it on the evo 6

How did it do? My nearly-box stock TB-04 handles AWESOME in VTA trim. I'm running the stiffest Ofna springs I had laying around on the front and box stock rears. I've got the Exotek motor mount and think I've got it geared as high as I can go. I'm just lacking on top end speed compared to others in the class (large, outdoor asphalt). Timing on the Novak 25.5 is cranked, too. Same motor and electronics setup that I had in my Schumachers and I was never lacking in speed in this class. I will say my TB-04 tips the scales at just under 1.6 kg race ready for VTA with no additional weight added. The Exotek kit looks like the diet it needs.

I just got my Exotek conversion kit. I'm trying to install the suspension arms, but it looks like the rear suspension block on the front of the chassis is interfering with the gearbox. I'm using the plastic 1A mounts that came with the Pro2 kit. Any of you experience this?

Default Tb04 kit

Just recently purchased the Raybrig NSX TB04 kit. I am going to be using this car to learn the ways of the touring car.

I have about 50$ or so for hop-up parts. With the first option of being a hex screw set. Can anyone guide me on what are some of the best parts to make the car more precise.

Would it be a good way to start with suspension mounts, turnbuckles, shocks, and shims? Or upgrade the drive-train. Give me some pointers!

Thanks guys. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Same here. Plastic won't work up front. Get the aluminum mounts and don't forget the pivot balls.
