I plan to buy just the normal cvd, with all suspension mounts in stock (upgraded to aluminium some Tamiya some Yeah racing). should I get 44mm cvd or 46mm cvd for the front only. one replied 46mm. I saw tb-03 states 44mm (via google). but see no answer for tb-04. GPM CVD don't tell the length. I worried I buy cannot use. thanks. |

I believe those uneven surfaces on the car parks wears out my gear. The car park surfaces is really rough. But it's the only place I have. |
Which gears are people stripping?
1. Bevel gears in side the diff 2. Ring and pinion inside gear box? Ps: I've never heard of the gears being referred to as miter gears. So it's confusing to me.. Perhaps some others |

Miter gears are the gears that intersect at 90*, like these:

The 'milter' gears are two 20t gears that are next to the spur gear. Basicslly the ones that make the transverse motor layout possible.

I learned something new :). Miter gears are bevel gears that are 90 degree and 1:1 ratio
