I do have a tornado fan on both. It's the pink versions.

Gotta love these Sakuras. Two cars, for under $200.

i have a full deck out zero for vta and now a xi going to try some 17.5.thanks for the advice.

I did a bit of research regarding available gear options for the Sakura XI Sport and came up with the following chart based on listed options by 3Racing and posts in this forum.

Sum of teeth for Pinion + Spur Gear
Min: 100 (to be verified)
Max:115 (to be verified)

Internal belt drive ratio 2:1 (19T:38T)

Smallest Spur Gear that will fit without modification to the stock center pulley is 72T (verified)

Available pinion sizes: 15T - 50T
Available Spur Gear Sizes : 65T - 85T

I've attached a chart of the final drive ratios in all combinations that will work from the stats above.

hi, in my XI Sport I just centered the servo arm but... the front wheels are stearing to the right !
Why ? do I need 5 degrees offset like the Sakura Ultimate ? the manual of XI Sport doesn't say it

Pretty certain that I've been able to mount a 28t pinion to a 66t spur.

Nice chart though.

Thanks

If you get a chance to check and verify that i'll add it to the chart.

I completely missed that the example setup in the manual sheet lists a 116T combination so i'm adding that too.

Would you share your setup? Also looks like a Reedy Sonic motor, What timing and FDR did you use? Ran my sonic last weekend in an any 25.5 motor race and it was really strong with lots of RPMs but faded near the end of a 12 minute main (yea 12 minute we do everything big in Texas)?
