Wow thats less than i was expecting. Hope they dont rob the car of the aluminum bellcranks or any other aluminum parts seen in some of the prototype pics

Wow... someone screwed up on that big time... someone in the planning department screwed up in that they missed the Christmas buying season by 4 months!!! February is "bill paying time" = paying for the Christmas bills! Don't get me wrong... I'm sure they'll still sell kits. But nowhere near the same amount had they released in early November in time for Black Friday after Thanksgiving!

Durango is European, they dont really do the Black friday thing. Feburary is actually a pretty good month as christmas is paid off and its time to think about investing in the new Touring season that starts in spring.
Still its a long time to wait, but I assume they will have to do a few winter races on carpet to see what the car's like before finalising the design and going to manufacture.

And also don't be surprised that the production car doesn't look exactly like the proto car. (DEX210). I just got done listening to radio impound podcast with Ciff Lett, and he explains there is a design process for "no limits" and "production limits". I feel Durango is in the "No limits" stage, but may have molds already for production... Who knows! When you look a TD drivers car, its always being tested with new stuff. lol
