Default Mod Sedan Brush\Spring\Timing setup

Daryl - Do you have a good brush\spring\timing setup for a 7 or 8 turn Checkpoint Mod motor on carpet with foam tires?

Anyone please correct me if I am wrong, but 7 to 12 turn mod motors, and a spec 19 turn. No word of any stock motor yet.

The stock and 19 turn motors are still in the development stages. You should see something released towards the end of summer. You can check out all details of the product on http://teamcheckpoint.com

I have heard nothing but great things on these motors. I can't wait to get my hands on some.

I pretty much asked the same question 9 days ago, no replies on it at all. Just about the only distributor is Great Planes, and god knows whether they have them or not. Tower shows none in stock.

You don't have to get them on TOWER....My LHS has 3 of them....No brushes yet, but we've got a 12x1, 9x1 and 10x1.

Chris, when you say LHS, which shop do you mean? Any hobby shop that has an acct with Great Planes can get them. And let's not get into the whole relationship with Great Planes and Tower.
