After talking to those ppl at Rcmodel in HK..........they are suspected those IB3600 or IB3800 (first batch...) are not been cycled or discharged correctly.............user are typically expect to do the same way like they do on pro matched GP 3300 (which they did cycled before released to the LHS)............and 1 or 2 of the cells out of the 6 cells are 1/2 charged or 3/4 charged......

So...the solution, after putting together, charge them with 2A for like 500mah or so.......then discharge them thru novak smart tray with 0.9V outoff............then we can start the cycling with 2A charge and 10A discharge for 3 times.......then can jump up to 5A and 20A discharge....

It is a lot of work...........but for the cheap price, someone might find that worth it......they are like $24 for 6 3600 on ebay.
