I hope you werent. That looks like the Slapmaster and its a 1 piece thing so your gonna have to get a whole new chassis for that just like I broke my hara and have to buy the whole conversion since they dont just sell the chassis alone.

protc3 - I am considering moving my PT from my on top of my servo to the front of the chassis like you have yours.

I was wondering how the placement of your PT affects the handeling of your car?

Here's a bird's-eye view of my son's BMI L4. I found that laying the servo flat gives you room to move the electronics closer to the center line and options to balance the car from front to back.

Jason and Wayne have put together a great BMI conversion kit.

Hey Lem,

Is that chassis made out of several CF plates on top of eachother, and clued together?
It sure looks like that!

Yes, I got the chassis from RCModel in HK and Its way to flexible!! So I just experiment, brought out the trusty dremel and cut away the L3 chasis and bonded it together!! Runs very well!!! I think I'm one of the few guys who owns 1/12th here!! and I have lots of spares even L3 chassis left to experiment with!! bought L3 out here cause they were really selling it dead cheap!! LIke 30$ for a kit with spares.

Very well done Lem, it's A nice way to stiffen the chassis.
Anyway here's my "pocket rocket"!
It's A Corally SP12m "Ahoniemi Euros Edition".

It runs very well and I've got it pretty hooked up on carpet.
I havenīt run it outdoors yet, but Iīm deffinitly going to try how this car will go in the sunshine.
If the weather gets A bit better here, I am the first out there!
I really like this chassis, it's different than most of the 1/12th's out there.
And my local track has always spare parts in stock for this car, so that's not the problem.

Ohh and by the way, Sakke Ahoniemi just won (today, couple of hours ago) the 2005 euros with this car, and his brother Simo became second with it.
