And yeah, I'm from Ohio. Nobody outside of Cleveland cares about Lebron at all, and even most there couldn't care less. The only real professional sporting events in Ohio happen at Mid-Ohio Sportscar Course. True sports involve only how big ones' balls are, not how well a bunch of dudes can handle them.

I must agree with all the complimentary statements echoed by so many others. Since i don't have the ability to travel, this was a very special and lifetime experience for me. Actually seeing top ranked drivers showcase their skills was breathtaking. Thanks to all who attended on all levels. RC is alive and well!

25-0 now ! But to be fair sports is about health to me, both mental(closer to Rc) and physical (Basketball/entertainment).... I enjoy watching the Ifmar worlds as much as the NBA championship games... I see lots of people in Rc that would benefit greatly from some physical activity ..... I practice both .....

As A-main participants we all filled out sponsor sheets which included questions about our electronics. Usually, these are used by magazines and other publications when listing the A-main results. Having said that I doubt that these will be available to the general public.

I had a question for the track builders, what type of wood was used to make the large arc defining the sweeper at the end of the straight? It stood up very well over the weekend but seems to be more flexible than plywood of that thickness would be. Was it some type of MDF?

The edge boards were PVC but this center curve was made up of two pieces of wood screwed together. I don't think square sold PVC stock would be flexible enough to make the curve happen:

Perfect, just found a Canadian supplier for it. Thanks for the help.

The guys did a superb job of building the nats track. Not only did it look super clean with those nice smooth curves, it held up really well. Everything stayed in place and hardly had to be touched throughout the event. Honestly, one of the best I've ever run on
