JuhoL--Nice job with the TC4. Any chance of you posting your latest set-up for rubber tires on carpet?
Also, will you be comming to the race in Vegas this september? It will be the first time in years that we have had a big race where we can run rubber tires on carpet in the U.S. for some time now. Maybe we can get a rubber tire revival going.

Maybe there will be a Tech Chart at Team Orion or an other website soon but as someone requested I will post now what was used regarding motor and batteries.
Marc Rheinard, Atsushi Hara, David Spashett, Surikarn, Jilles Groskamp and Teemu Leino were using Team Orion/Peak Racing V2 motors and batteries.
Masami and Adachi were using Yokomo motors and batteries but their motorman had Reedy motors also laying around.
Juho Levanen was using Reedy motors and batteries. From what I have seen the motors were TIīs.
Simo Ahoniemi was using Corally motors and batteries.
I think most drivers used GP 3700 and 3300. The SMC drivers used IB3600 and I have seen Masami using some IB3800 during the practice on friday. But the IB3800 were not allowed for the race.
All motors had to be 12T. Tires were the handout preglued VTEC 24.

The only reason why you dont hear of Adachi is because he doesnt race overseas as much. In Japan he is among the top if not the top EP buggy driver too.
He and Daisuke Yoshioka (HPI driver, nearly took the worlds in 2004) are top notch drivers finishing A mains almost everywhere they go. Though they are not as popular outside Japan/Asia (because they dont race overseas as much), they are highly respected drivers.

The colour scheme on his Ride Stratus is one of my favourites and I think itīs the one I made the most pictures.
The new Yokomo really seems to be very good. I think the 415, the Cyclone and the BD are about on the same level. Xray and Corally may be close but not the same. But thatīs just my opinion.
The TC4 is the only shaft car being in the A-Main. From what I hear from the drivers this car isnīt easy to setup so itīs as fast as the new belt cars. It seems it needs a worldclass driver like Juho for doing this maybe Craig Dresher would have been able for doing this also. Congratulation to Juho for this result!
Iīm sorry to say but I second what some others said already regarding the new Losi car. The result was exactly as what most drivers here thought before. Itīs a completely disaster. This car may be working on US tracks and with foam racing but I fear it wonīt win a major race in Europe or sells a lot. Itīs just fantastic what Austrian driver Hupo Hönigl had a result with 13th place. But itīs just as he drove really well and for those people not knowing him heīs one of the best European drivers and very experienced.

Some of the US drivers never run rubber tires on carpet so there is no point sending them to LRP race. Apparently Drescher had a race in the UK so he didnt come either.
If you look at the previous results from this race I have often been the fastest AE driver simply because I run rubber tires on carpet the most. Why send drivers from the US if they are going to finish like the US Losi and Xray drivers
Please check your facts before posting

I agree Anders, great paint job
Great job on making the B-Final Alexander! Very, very impressive.
Congrats to Marc on another dominating performance and to Juho for his excellent second. Amazing how fast you got back up to the absolute top. I can't believe I was racing with you only about 9 months ago in the rain in Sweden
Special note to Jilles as he did a great job too. From 6th to 3rd with a clean pass on whom I consider the world's best driver (Massami) in the last minute to snatch it from him . You know you belong with the top dogs and I'm glad to see you up there again adding to the win at the Snowbirds.
