Thanks for the feedback. I've noticed the lower arms tweak after a hard hit. I have just replaced them, but will try loosening and reseating them before installing new ones. Maybe I'll ask Santa for the Xenon set!

Silva shock uses silicon o-ring just like everyone else,i've built hundreds if not 1000's of all brand shocks,some are superior some are in need of extra attention.
The hps2 silva shock built correctly does not stick.build with 10% extension,absolutely no trapped air. it may take a few tries to get right but they do work well.

How do you measure droop for the rear pod?

Square RC mirror finish rings are hands down the best differential rings on the market.

Measure with a ride height gauge under rear link ball.

First measure at ride height, then start lifting the chassis by the rear shock ball cup until it stops rising and the rear tires are still on your setup board. Measure it with it lifted.
Your droop is the difference between those two measurements. Race setups are usually 0.8mm to 1.2mm.

I'm going to guess probably not the easiest to find!! Hence I only generally use AE ones, just sand them flat myself - because they aren't the flattest from new.

Having trouble getting my side pod links to move really freely. Rearguards of how much I play with the screw they still seem to not be as smooth as they could be. Anything I can do even if I have to get aftermarket parts?

You can try polishing the pivot balls with metal polish or Brasso.
