Default US VTA Rules

A VTA race without a driver figure is not racing under the USVTA rules and guidelines. At many club VTA races the driver figure rule is optional, but at most of the Nationals (i.e. ROAR Nats, Southern Nats, Snowbird Nats) the driver figure is required.

Ultimately, when it comes to VTA races, all decisions of the race promoter or track owner are final. So this is a decision that Mike Boylan makes.

Yes indeed, USVTA rules including a driver figure head and shoulders are required. The cars looked great last year. I've seen some rather creative solutions to this over the years during tech, so I'm looking forward to this years entries! See you guys in tech

Default VTA Driver Figure

A lot of VTA racers that showed up to the 2012 ROAR Carpet Nationals had to buy a driver figure for their cars. The most popular (and most available) driver figure is the HPI Racing 104815 - Inner Body Set DT-1 Truck Body. One set comes with two driver figures (actually a driver and a passenger) for about $15.

Is there going to be a R/C Shop set up inside Worldgate Resort during the Snowbirds?

If so, hopefully they will have some HPI 104815 Inner Body Sets for sale.

Is that Drew we are throwing in? I dont remember who it was but do remember being part of it! LOL Too bad the pool is so far away from Trophies at the new place. Perhaps we can move it out side!

I thought we had to run BSR's. If that means the purple stripe that leaves out two companies that I can think of -Jaco and GQ. Jaco has a white rim and GQ has a Purple sticker with L for Lilac (Also black RC4Less style rims). So they will have the purple stripe but not until after the birds.
