Er, no it doesent, 600 is prob equivalent to around 50wt associated oil. I any case 50wt associated is different to 50wt Losi oil, is different to 50wt orion oil etc etc.
Chris used Yokomo 600wt and Yokomo 500wt, this was due to the heat, it was quite warm! I'm sure if you look at any of the other teams setup sheets they will be running quite thick oil. All the liquids thinned due to the heat, additive, diff grease, bearing oil, shock oil, etc etc

Yes, Oil grades are always a bit different from a brand to another.
But be careful, the scales "wt" and "cSt" (Kinematic viscosity in centiStoke) are also something different: It's 50wt and 500cSt, not 500wt...
The ratio between the two viscosity scales is approx the same when the grade is low (20wt is approx equal to 200cSt), but when you increase the grade, for example, 70wt is approx the same as 800cSt.
But it's another topic...

About the MR4-BD, I heard that the Masami Special version includes a specific rear shock tower for very flat surface. What is the part number of the normal one? Where to find it online ?

Thanks for you help.

I think these 555s SDW are only good for collect than any other kinds. In the case of damage, i thought could be difficult to fix it, there's no more parts to release, even from main brand or aftermarkets. But from my opinion this could be best shaft drive car ever. Of course instead compare with LCG, was the car which i want to buy when i was in 540 race.

I have heard these rumours, but have not yet with any photos, in the case Masami had use yet to race with BDM in last edition of TITC. But i think the new car will release during the season of World Champs, i think in that time a lot of brands will also releasing their new chassis.

Would be good to know if a new car is coming out and when. I'll be in the market for one soon and the old BD was great apparently, so Im certainly interested in what Yokomo may come up with.

I just hope Yokomo release the car and have all the parts available upon release, unlike Tamiya have done with the 416...
Cheers
Aaron

I was wondering if this was a good car to get into for a newcomer to TC racing. Thus far, the price is right, and of course I've probably jinxed it now

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWA:IT&ih=016

This one doesn't seem like it would need a ton of work just to go out have some fun. What do you think?
