Is there any rules on how wide your car can be and are there restriction on running a 200mm body instead of a 190mm body . Let's say for blinky Gt 17.5 class. Any help would help

Yes there are. If you are in the US go to roarracing.com and click on the rules section. If you are in Australia aarcmcc.org and click on downloads. If you are in the UK go to the BRCA website and look up homologation.

The people to ask are the people at your local track, we don't know whether they are strict on ROAR rules or not.

If your local track uses ROAR rules, then not only are you restricted to 190mm bodies, but there is a limited list of ROAR legal bodies that can be found on ROARs website http://www.roarracing.org/?page_id=97

If they aren't strict, then you just have to ask them if they will allow your body choice.

The GT classes in the US are usually 190mm or 200mm bodies are allowed. I believe USGT and RCGT are both the same rules in that regard. Best to ask at your track just to verify. If you have to be safe for all tracks then error on just going with a 190mm body.
