hey do you mean you have a charger that chargers at a max of 2 amps? and you were wondering if you can charge your batteries which are 3300 mah ?

if so i think its safe to do so. but you will lose alot of punch but gain alot of runtime and you will extend the life of your batteries as it is not being over worked by the charger. i think thats how it is.
