Considering the rear ends are very similar between them and the main difference is the front end, as like the others it has to be replaced with Tamiya parts it's not going to make too much difference between them. There might be a difference if 3Racing manage to create a race legal 180mm front end for it.

Why did they go away from the independent rear suspension like the FGX has?
Well to be correct that should be why did 3Racing go away from the solid axle like the F109. UF1 had to change their rules to allow it and most other rules around the world don't allow independent rear suspension. Going back to the normal rear end means the F113 can be raced everywhere.

Is it safe to say that this "demo" car is likely to be what the actual car will look like "box stock"?
Yes, the pictures are the same as a production chassis.

TQ,

am curious as to the sales trend of the 3racing offering. Was there a large uptick in orders between 3racing FGX / F113, do you sense that the new offering by 3racing is cannibalizing the FGX or there is no correlation since both platforms are quite different?

Thanks,

Just have my old MBA thinking cap on.

Anyone has raced theirs care to review? I'm looking to get an F1 now and rcmart has the kits for only $224. Just undecided whether to go the f104v2 or the f113.

It depends if you want a wide 200 mm version car (F113) or a modern looking 180 mm (F104 type car).

Hi everybody from Spain.

First of all, sorry about my English hehe.

I just bought this amazing car because i like f1 rc cars since a lot of time, but nobody use this kind of cars in my club.I will be the first so i have some questions..

About the tyres i will use foam tyres, but i dont know what kind of tyres are compatible..

This model are compatible with f113?

speedmind-super-grip-foam-tyre-30sh-super-soft-for-rear

And the other one.

xceed-ita-foam-tyre-f1f103-hard-

I think both tyres are compatible but im not sure.

Another question is about ESC & Motor, im going to race in asphalt in this circuit:

(Type MaNoNxray in youtube plese, i cant post URL, the are some videos about me playing)

Those videos are with my 200mm electric and foam tyres, hobbywing xerun v2.1 & hobbywing 4.5T with 2S Lipo.

What kind of ESC & motor i should be use?, usually i use to race in stock class an xray t4 with hobbywing justock 45A & 10.5T. This kind of ESC & Motor is correct por F113? or i should use other motor with more or less Turns?.

Thank you very much.

Best regards.

Hola!!! I am from Barcelona but we have to write here in english isnīt?

Yes F103 type tyres are the right ones, this Xceeds are ok. You usually need hard tires at the front and soft at the rear, I usually use 35-40sh fronts 25-30sh rears. There are also F103 size rubber tires for these cars, Shimizus, Tamiyas or Cross, they have different size. Take a look at f1wordpress web is a good spanish web about F1 electric..

http://f1rc.wordpress.com/

About motors, 17.5T+turbo or 13.5T is the most common in wide open nitro tracks as we have here...

Hi everybody..

One question.. How many Turns should be the motor to race in asphalt?, the circuit long zone is about 60 meters.

Usually in 1/10 class stock we use 10.5T with 5.0 gear ratio.

Thank you!
