Okay so i just ordered the FlySky FS-GT3B Digital 3ch 2.4ghz TX & RX LCD Transmitter & Receiver from hobbypartz it says it only takes 1 day too ship but i just ordered it at midnight and today is Easter so does that mean it will come on Monday? and this is a screen shot of the mail i got does that mean its paid for and confirmed it has been paid for?

No shipping companies are open on Easter, and Hobbypartz isn't either. They won't process your order until Monday, which is the next business day. Then, depending on the shipper and how far you are away, anywhere from 1 - 5 days. So, most likely some time this week, sometime between Tuesday and Friday.

Looks like it. Why not visit your credit company's web site and check if your account has been charged?

Hopefully what you ordered is in stock. Did you also read the part that they will e-mail you the tracking number when it ships?
