Their different colors. The black one actually tightens counter clock wise with a reversed screw. Supposed to keep the screw from backing out. The car is pretty stiff. The only problem I've heard of so far is, the diffs were getting crunchy in mod. racing. Stock and 19turn were no problem. The car has been out for awhile now. If you would like to get one, you can buy it thru Modesto hobby & crafts in california # 209-529-7310.

I want to thank PIG and Airborne Models for allowing us to test and evaluate the MAX 707R.
R/C Anonymous, after our conversation the other night I decided to send you the complete kit. We will work together on this project and provide pig with all the necessary feedback he requested from me.
The MAX 707R is on its way to you.
With your skills, it should not take you more than a few hours to put it together.
The kit looks nice…some parts need improvements, yet others are very well made.
I went through this thread to see what racers are having problems with and I already have a few possible solutions for some of the problems mentioned.
I am betting on you to place this car in the A-main at your track.
Well, I can't wait for you to get the MAX 707R and for the two of us to get this project going.
PIG; together with R/C Anonymous, we will provide you with reliable data and possible modifications for you to turn over to Airborne-Models.
PIG, thanks for everything.
