A VTA related question - what do you run for camber F-R? I can't get my chassis to not push in and be loose off if I run any sort of negative camber in the rear. I know the tire comes precambered, but what do you run?

Oh, and outdoor asphalt.
I personally run 1.5*front & 1.5*rear. Have you tried backing your d/r off on the transmitter? Most of the time tht works for me. Also how tight is your rear diff? Droop settings?

What is a "1974 Talladega"? Ford only made the Torino Talladegas for two years (1968-69).
nope the torino talladega was only made in 69 it was named after the talladega super speedway which made its debut the same year

Tried my friend's TC3 in Vintage mode yesterday, man what a nice ride!

21.5 at 1450 grams is a very nice recipe (Canadian rules).

Can' wait to finish my 416WE in Vintage trim.

Was really fun to drive!

I'm hoping to be there this Friday night - got the bodies in yesterday, batteries should be here Tuesday... Just throw some paint and I should be ready. Might be a hundred miles off on gearing, especially in my son's TT01 - LOL

Get ready to have a great time! VTA racing is what caused me to get the on-road bug...and it bit BAD! Now I'd rather race VTA more than anything off-road.

The cars look awesome and the speeds are reasonable. And, the tight common sense rules keep it fair and affordable.

Lay down the paint and come on! My son and I were both undergeared friday, He was on a 4.04 and I was on a 3.96, both had awesome snap out of the turns but could have been better down the str8. I think somewhere around a 3.82-3.88 would be good enough for our driving skills We both still managed to get in the 8 second range, just not consistantly

Yea we had a blast, you was fast all night. Get yourself an XRay and you'll be as fast as you want to be tho Its nice to have a full stocked hobbyshop at the track that has AE and XRay parts, I spent over $50 before I even payed entry fees.

Come on down Myron, you'd like it, nearly everyone besides Mack and us have AE rides looked like. We are planning friday night VTA and sunday at Thunder. See you there!

If you check out the tt01 thread you will see the mod for putting in any type of spur gear so you can get more gearing options in the tt01.
