Sweet...but how are we going to race it on it's side like that? They must have some super sticky tires that are prototypes too.

It uses Magnatraction that they borrowed from Lionel.

Sneaky bast$#@!! LOL It looks pretty dialed!

Didn't the FK kit just come out? If people buy this car, will a "new" design be released less than a year later??

Maybe Xray should find out how to support the existing kits instead of re-designing an already good car every few months!!

Just a thought!!

cough cough RDX cough cough!!

so, Tamiya is original and copies no one?

.......and yet others can easily say that the Tamiya 415 was a rip off one of the Altlas YM34 (two types) series touring cars which was out years before the 415. supposedly when the 415 was designed (actually refined), Atlas and Tech racing were involved in the project. a belt layout design that Yokomo basically came up with in their 4wd offroad cars over 14 years ago.

....and better yet, how about the car they made that looks like the current X-ray...remember the one Surikarn first won the worlds with. does that deserve a angry ? infact if it wasn't for a revamp and getting some top drivers......Tamiya who?
exactly

Atlas also has another car like the current X-ray which i beleive pre-dates the X-ray. Atlas is not popular in the US and has no killer drivers like some of the other teams.

Maybe they all 3 copied the Kyosho Lazer 4wd offroad buggy design from 1990. it's a old design

i don't own a Atlas, but a guy i raced with in AZ does. when the 415 came out and one hit our track we compared them. basically the front diff cog was centered
