Thanks for all the pics guys, this has been great, also do many run the 6 cell side by side? I noticed most are running the split chassis, did you decide on this after running side by sides or did you do this from the beginning? Thanks again for all the pics.

Only do that if you want your car to turn really well one way and not the other if you know what I mean, haha.... But since the Center of Mass of the motor is along the center line of the chassis, running the batteries split is the ticket. Also, its more of a pain in the butt fitting the electronics in, but if you run the cells up one battery slot on the left side on the thick chassis, it gives the car a little more steering and allows it to rotate a little better.

All of you non-Xray owners out there, you don't know what your missing, and yes, its all that great.

FK's are a bit harder to find, so consider the Raycer version as well. I got the T1R (I race on parking lot pavement mostly, so I felt better with a composite chassis )
For $199.99, it's the best car IMHO. I did get the low ratio pulleys and lightweight drivetrain parts as well.
Basically, any Xray touring car is awesome

I think it's the Xtreme CF chassis, I forget what their website is though.

IMO, Dave, it was a change for the better. I had some sponsored help setting up my Losi with its last set up and it drove great, but the FK/BMI-350 was so rock solid (after tuning out the D-rate and tweaking EPAs) I could see my driving getting better at a faster rate than I thought. It a good feeling.
