Wondering if $325 for a brand new tc6 and two 2 s lipos is a good deal? A friend has one to sell but I don't know if I'm better off getting the 6.1 for $75 more. Help please. Thx

Get the 6.1. I got my 6 for $350 new. Even with the lipos it seems high to me.

For a few extra bucks you get a kit with the latest revisions that you know hasn't been totally hacked during the build.

Good luck whichever way you decide.

I'd have somebody who is knowledgeable about the car take a good look, it's certainly cheaper than buying a new TC6 kit even without the extra batteries. But there is a question about your friends craftsmanship, which could devalue the car if it's already been put together.

This kit is brand new and unopened so I will get to put together.
