Default KO Mars Charger

Hey all-

I have a KO Mars radio and I have some Power sources that plug into things like CD Players and Zip Drives and so forth. Playign around I find that one of them fits very well like it was made for it. It is for a CD Player and the Output is DC 4.5V 600mA. Will this work? What am I looking for to charge my Radio? the Input is AC 120V 60hz. I have 1500mah NIMH cells in it (8). They are the Trinity Green Ones.

Thanks

Mike, the output voltage is too low to charge a transmitter battery. Usually takes between 12 and 15V to do the job.

Look for something with a 12 to 15V 150ma output. That'll get the pack done in ten or twelve hours.

Thanks... The only thing that I have close to that is 12VDC 1000mA. I guess I will try looking some more or just wait for the SuperBrain to get replaced for me .
