thats a really good idea i think i will go to that
but should the pin be a little snug in both the arm and the block? or should it be loose so the arm will go up and down with out any resistance and same for the block?

It should be loose in the arm. The block doesnt matter because it doesnt pivoit in there. What I do is I run the set screw all the way into the hole and take it back out and run a drill bit the size of the pins through it to clean it out. There not loose after that but its easier to work on when it pushes out easier.

yea i used some 400grit paper to get all the black of the pins and then i used the same 400 only wet to get them super smooth i havent got my arms yet from tower but if they dont easly slide in i'm gonna a drill bit like 1/64th bigger than the pin to drill it out
thanks for the addvice
