Discharging 3300
What do you guys use to discharge your 3300s besides your Turbo 35....
thanks Jorge |
I use my Quasar Pro charger to discharge. Other methods besides a charger are the old standby lightbulb discharger, or several companies are making stand alone discharges that work great. Whatever method you go with make sure it has some sort of automatic cut off so that you can avoid cell reversal.

I also use my quasar pro, but would like something to discharge them at 30amps..... no bulbs

Novak Smart Tray............:D

IM not sure how good you are at building stuff but here is a site that has plans on how to build an auto cutoff bulb discharger. ANd a whole lot of other stuff.

After my packs dumps, I discharge it on the Novak tray. Before I charge the battery, I put it on the Integy tray for 5-10 minutes and then charge it.
|
I use my LRP Pulsar competition and bulbs combined to discharge at 20 Amp (this way when the Pulsar stops at 5.4V I know when to stop the discharge) then before I charge they go on my Novak smart tray to equalise.

i got 4 dischargers my indi 16x7v6 is a charger and a 30 amp dis, i also have the reactor 30 also made by indi ,and my lrp pulsar is a 10 amp, then a real time tray....
