You'll have some side to side play on your layshaft so you may want to shim it.

I put a new set of arms on the front of my car tonight with the BK additional hole built in (I was running the kit arms before). I have noticed that the bottom of the spring and the spring cup touch the hub carrier. Is this normal?

By the way I removed the 3.17mm from the ball end to allow for the suspension travel.

Thanks,
Stephen

Stephen,

Newer caster blocks come premolded with a relief for the spring perch-if not-dremel it.

Space both the bottom and top out a bit to help clear the caster block. With the new hole you will probably drop down in spring rates too.

So, my new on-line name should be Mr. Smaty-Pants.

And I thought I was smart.

Thanks for the idea...

Thinking about that.

My original use of XXX-S Bill and JRX-S Bill over these three years has been to pay homage to Team Losi and the superior support received from Todd, Matt, Gil Jr. and a few other present/past team members.

These guys have been stellar; so, thinking about changing my name has been a difficult task to say the least! I will get there...Maybe by the time the IIC comes around it will be done.
