I've found that the conversation before the release can be some of the best. In my experience(with the Corally C4.1, HPI Pro4, Schumacher Mission, and especially any Yokomo car), after the release, these threads usually go to crap.

Being over run by people insistent on completely overhauling a car that companies spent years in R&D designing. It usually becomes a conversaition about adding new chassis, shocks, screws, etc.... Running the rear shock tower here, drilling holes there, etc...

And in the mean time, the people who actually want to talk about actual car get pushed aside!

I don't know what the XXX-S thread was like with the Losi runners, never owned one, but hopefully the talk on this thread will continue to be about how cool the car is, and not how much people can change on it.

I like the look of the new shocks. The hard anodizing & knurled look are trick. I just wonder if you build them w/one o-ring rather than two, won't it leak more?
Hope they make longer versions for the off roaders.

Default Yes, I like the look of them to...and I...

wanted to know if they were as good as the Tamiya ones? I noticed you can use one or two o-rings. Since I have only used shocks with two o-rings what is the benifit of using only one? I have never had a set of Tamiya, but the ones I have seen are smooth and well built. Do the Tamiya ones use one o-ring? Will they fit on the XXX-S?
