keep the wieghts on the lower deck, keeps the cg low. i put mine in the gap between the up travel stops, you also probabaly can sneak some in on the empty spots in the front of the chassis (where the servo lead is, and on the other side, )

Default Carpet Set-up

Am planning on running my JRXS on carpet for the first time. With several adjustments over the summer, I ended the outdoor asphalt season pretty happy with my set-up.

Can someone help me with an old man set-up for carpet, something not too aggressive.

Thanks

Could you maybe hook me up with a setup possible. Your car was pretty dialed looking at asphalt race in Frederick.Other than Craig X your Losi was damn fast in stock. I'm considering getting one to run some asphalt with most of the time and a little carpet this winter.

I ran at Frederick back in Sept and with Craigs's help I got the car working pretty good. I had the car working by the third Q, but after a brush with the board/flapper a ball end popped off, I was done.

For carpet, I found Paul C's setup to be a good starting point. I have the link in my sig.

Mike,

Thanks for the offer. So how about sending me the toned down old farts version. Maybe I can get my car set-up for Sunday.

Look forward to seeing you Sunday.

Thanks

Thanks. I will look into that. I didn't pull the trigger yet as I read so many mixed opinions. I really like the battery down the center of the car though for me. Its this or a FT TC4 as both I can get parts easily for and my local shops can get them.

Well, well, well. I havent driven my Losi JRXS in a few weeks. Working with Blystone and Ciccarello-they got my JRXS flying in stock. The fastest lap of the night was a 13.2 and I did that with my RDX and then did it with the JRXS.

I cannot believe (well I can) how completely different these two top of the line tourers handle. Same laptimes dwon the board, but they drive completely different. Fun!!
