I asked Matt F a couple weeks ago. They are almost the same; but, not exactly. The ones for the central spur gear on the JRX-S are different from the XXX-S. Cannot remember what he said about their sizing.

Seems that Todd H posted the bearing sizes many, many pages ago.

I was guessing that the bearings for the center shaft were smaller than a 3/16x3/8. I missed the bearing sizes if Todd has posted them in the past though.

I also personally asked Gil Losi Jr. about the ship date for the car at the nats. He said it would be at Horizon this week and ship out to the shops from there. On a positive note all the Losi drivers at the Nats were running production cars with some hop ups with the exception of Gil who ran a bone stock JRXS (no hop ups) and Brian Kinwald still ran his prototype one because he has not built a kit one yet. Francis, Hogde, Easton, Losi and Flack raced production cars though.

Just so you guys know, I just ordered a full set of Boca ceramics, and advised the rep. that Losi will have this car out shortly. I gave him all the sizes listed on the above link, and he will have a JRX-S bearing set up on the website in a day or 2 for you guys

I got the metal shielded so they will spin more free, cost just over $130 for the set shipped.
