I have a Yokomo MR4-TC SD SSG Special, [Carbon Fibre] which I am currently converting to Countersteer. I have installed an eZRun 9T and a 2.4 ghz radio to this car, but I feel that I am losing much of my potential through the current Steering Servo. My current servo was taken from an exceed chassis and I also have a Hitec HS-311, but neither seem to respond as quickly as I would like it to.
Could anyone recommend or sell me a good Hi Speed servo for someone on a tight budget?

What model / brands of servos are the best for drifting?

I really cannot believe that everyone knows NOTHING about RC Servos!!

What High Speed Servo do you use??

Cheers Freddy. I have actually been researching the Savox range and was considering the 1257 or 58. They are very responsive, which is what I think most of us require.

1257 or 1258 IMHO are best suited for off-road cars or 1/8 scale.

Gotcha I've just been watching some YouTubes of each and cannot see much difference in speed. I gotta say that I am really impressed with the Savox Servos.

I think that I will go for the Savox sc-1251mg and move into the 21st century lol. The HS-311 is so slow that the speed of the Savox actually scares me lol
