How to change Pulsar 3 peak voltage

Can anyone advise how to change the peak voltage for the LRP Pulsar 3 charger? I believe you held down two buttons before turning on the power supply. I need to lower mine it is peaking at 4.24V.

One of the lower sections has a "Calibration Mode".
