if my pre-load starts getting more than a turn different on one shock over the other, I will usually sanity check the whole car.
-Loosen all screws to remove tweak
-check arm movement to make sure its not getting bound somewhere
-Re-set droop
-Check overall shock length, pull out the shock shaft and measure from the inside of the eyelet to the top of the shock with the cap removed
-check the ball cup on the shock to make sure the spring retainer is not getting bound up
-check the shock motion
-re-set up car with race setup.
If it still does it, i give the car to someone else more experienced to look it over with a fresh pair of eyes.

Well, took car out this weekend and raced for the first time - TQ'ed, but had to leave early before the mains....granted there was only 5 of us racing, but still....TQ baby!!!
I am loving this car, and I can say now, i am officially selling all my xray cars...this car is better than i expected - can't wait now for the new arms.
Also, I was wanting to hook up a dual fan mount like i had on my FK05 - but i didn't want to drop $50 or so for the cool can fan, so i did some creative thinking and used my team tamale FK05 fan mount, a CRC pod thing, thick lexan and one small drilled hole and this is what i came up with.
I was pretty proud of myself and it works great.....not the best pics, i took it with my camera phone, but you get the idea...

Its good to see you like your RDX but you need to update your .Mac site because it says your fav car is the T2 
. I just like to say i like your site i think .Mac sites always look nice. My dad has one we are Mac crazy and have 6 at home

Im actually sorry to let it go, but our club is about to begin the outdoor nitro season in our area and I won't be able to use it much. 
My RDX is dialed and very easy to drive fast on any track. This is a tough call for me... I never ran electric due to bad advice... Now that I have?!?! The transition to nitro is VERY difficult!!!

Guys, I'm also selling my RDX. The electric quorum at my racetrack has died completely to the point that there is not even 3 electric cars left. Let me know if anyone is interested in it. I'll be posting it shortly on the selling forums but wanted to give you the dibs.

I have a seperate thread on this on the main Electric Onroad forum, but I thought I would ask specifically for our car.
Had to switch to a one way last club race because the diff was backing out.

So asked how to drive a one-way and I think they gave some good setup tips as well.
Basically stiffer fronts, more rear toe and shorter front camber links and more aggressive camber blocks.
So I was thinking
22 fronts, 17 rears
going to 2.5 rear toe
and going to the top row shortest setting on the front camber links.
Leave the rear on the bottom second hole in.
Does this sound about right?
I would try the more caster, but I don't have the 6 degree caster blocks.
