Which bar are you using? The one that is wider or the one that is narrower?

Also, I was experimenting with the front sway bar, and I noticed that it obstructs the action of the suspension if the wheels are turned past about the half-way point. Is this normal, or have I done something wrong? I used the shorter bar for the front.
Turn the mount around and put it in front of the CVD. The newer manuals reflect this change I believe. You can use either swaybar on the front or the rear as I think I have 2 cars with opposite bars on them.

Great weekend of racing at newly and heavily rennovated IRP (Intense Raceway Park). Brand new CRC carpet matched with lots of guys = HIGH traction. The RDX is ready for Cleveland

Yea....
I check mine by feel not by sight..
I use 64 pitch gears...
When I put the pinion to spur I try to wiggle the spur a little bit so there is just the tiny bit of play. Once I get it there I move the spur foward a quater turn and recheck to see if the mesh is still the same. Once you go all the way around the spur and make sure your gear mesh is perfect than it should be dialed as far as noise problems that accoure from that location.
Be sure that the gear just barely can move.
Hope this helps,

Pretty sure they anondized over it. It's got a nice shine. If they removed the nickle it would have been dull .. unless you polished it.

BTW Jeff ... when you coming down to SSH ?

I wanted a color that was way off of anything that's out there. red, blue, purple .... it's so common.

It looks more gold in the pics. It's really wierd in person.
